In collaboration with the award-winning Osada Tea Farm in Shizuoka, Japan, we offer this first harvest Organic Gokou matcha. Cultivated from the rare Gokou cultivar, it is shade-grown, stone-milled, and certified organic (JAS).
This matcha has a rich umami, smooth body, and natural sweetness, with subtle cocoa and fresh green notes. Its balanced profile and vibrant hue make it exceptional for both traditional whisking and a refined latte experience.

how to make it

about osada tea
Osada Tea is rooted in the Tenryu region of Shizuoka, an area known for its mountain-grown teas and long-standing farming traditions. Since 1947, the Osada family has worked closely with small local growers, supporting organic cultivation and careful land stewardship.
Under the guidance of Tea Master Yoshihiro Osada, tencha is shade-grown, harvested in small lots, and finished at their Haruno facility, where each step - from refining to stone-milling, is carried out with precision.
