Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Ashu’s Matcha, all purchases are prepared and fulfilled with care to ensure quality and freshness. Please review the following terms before placing your order.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to recurring deliveries, you authorize Ashu’s Matcha to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval you’ve chosen (for example, every 30 or 60 days).
Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.
After renewal, your order will be prepared and shipped as scheduled, and we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
All pre-order and limited-release purchases are final sale. Cancellations, modifications, or refunds cannot be accommodated once an order is placed, as inventory is reserved specifically for you.
Order Updates
If your shipping address or payment details need to be updated after purchase, please contact hello@ashusmatcha.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order has entered fulfillment.
Refunds on Approved Exceptions
In rare cases where an exception is granted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
