Shipping Policy

At Ashu’s Matcha, every order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from our Malibu studio. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and carrier rates. All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Orders
We currently ship within the United States only. Please check back soon as we expand international availability.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our studio, transit and delivery are managed by the carrier. Ashu’s Matcha is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier service interruptions. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly or email us at hello@ashusmatcha.com — we’ll do our best to help.
